Kira Burton
Founder & Executive Director
Kira Burton provides strategic leadership and oversight for Every Mother’s Dream Inc., guiding the organization’s vision, programs, and community engagement. Her leadership is rooted in lived experience, stewardship, and a commitment to building systems of support that strengthen families and promote long-term stability.

Our board provides leadership, guidance, and oversight while helping advance the organization’s mission through service, collaboration, and strategic support. Together, they bring diverse experiences, perspectives, and a shared commitment to empowering families and changing generations.
Khyrunnessa Rabbani
Board Member
Khyrunnessa Rabbani joined Every Mother's Dream as a board member in 2026, serving as a Marketing and Communications Advisor. Currently, she serves as the Director of Marketing & Communications at Measures for Justice (MFJ), where she is responsible for managing the Marketing and Communications functions for the organization. Prior to joining MFJ, she served as the Head of Marketing for various start-up organizations, primarily in Fintech. Khyrunnessa brings over 20 years of hands-on strategic marketing experience. In 2019, she started her own real estate business and is currently an avid real estate investor. Khyrunnessa holds a BS in Marketing from Wright State University and an MBA from Wright State University.
